Communications

.I love my job.  Actually I love the company I work for and the people I work with.  I do so many different kinds of things for this company that I have gotten to know so many people.  I work with peers daily which is something I truly enjoy.  I like working as a team to get things done.

I also work with people above and below me... a kind of Vertical Communications.  I learn a great deal by working with those much higher on the totem pole.  And it's true that I learn a lot from those who may be lower on the pay scale.  I find everyone I work with interesting.

In addition I have the perspective of working with the employees of all the divisions.  So many of our employees just work within their own office.  I have the opportunity to work with every branch across the country.  This makes my job even more interesting.  To have such a wonderful communication system in place where I can not only just reach them with the touch of a button on my phone, but we work within the same system, laserfiche all documents together, and so many other ways we keep our company unified.

I am grateful at this time to not only have a good job, but work with people I enjoy.
