Seeing Things My Way

I have been researching how much my home may sell for, because after all, this is the only way I can make Baba's Fun House a reality.  Fortunately, there have been a few homes up for sale recently, and they have sold at a pretty good price.

The neighborhood is older, but it is surrounded by new homes which bring the value up.  It's just hard to get people into my neighborhood, because we sit in the middle of several other new subdivisions.  I need to put up a buy homes here sign to bring the masses.  It's a quiet neighborhood with good schools.  My home, although small, has a lot of very nice features.

For one thing, I have a huge two car garage with a heated workroom, storage room, and loft.  There's a dog run behind it too.  I have new ceramic tile in the kitchen and both full baths.  Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are lovely.  I'm not going to lie when I say the house has been "lived in" by a large family, but it's a comfortable, quaint home with five bedrooms.

Come June, I hope lots of people see things my way.
