Time Flies

I was leaving the house the other day and I as I drove past my own home, I noticed I still have a Yard Signs that reads "Titan Football Supporter".  The funny thing is, my football playing son, who was indeed, a Titan has been away to college for over two years now!

It's funny how time flies.  I remember hearing old people say that all the time and think that "No it doesn't".  It seemed it took forever for me to be old enough to walk to the store and get an ice cream with my friends.  I never thought I would see the day that I would turn 13 and become a legit teenager!  And I think everyone thinks the day would never come where we would turn 16 and be able to drive!  Yes, time moves slowly when you are young.

Christmas seemed like it would never get hear.  Christmas Eve night was an eternity.  And now Christmas is coming so fast, I just don't think I'll be ready.  Every year I vow to be done by November 1st and the time flies by so fast I can't believe it's here.

In six months I'll be putting up another Yard Sign... Home For Sale.  I keep thinking that I've got to start packing.  How am I ever going to put 17 years worth of living into boxes?  But you know what?  The time is going to fly by, so I better get started.
