The Best of Time at Work

We spend a lot of our day at work.  In fact, if you work full time like I do, we spend a great deal of our lives at work.  It goes to follow that if we want to change a habit or work on a way to improve ourselves, it has to be conditioned not only at home, but at work as well.

The holidays are soon upon us with all of the festivities, food, and fun.  And then New Years fast approaches  with everyone making resolutions.  Resolutions that are rarely kept.  I'm thinking this is where we work on those resolutions at work.  So many companies have wellness programs.  Losing weight.  Getting toned.  Eating right.  These are all among the top resolutions.  No doubt it pops to mind because of the over indulging we do over the holidays.

I believe corporate wellness would breed better work productivity, on top of the bonus of our reaching our New Years goals.  It has been proven that when you report your goal and the progress to someone, you tend to do better.  Imagine if you had to report to your co workers whom you see each and every day.

Spend a lot of your life at work.  Spend a lot of time accomplishing your goals.
