I have a huge garage with a heated workroom behind it. There is also a large storage room with shelves upon shelves. There is an attic for more storage. There is a dog run in the back yard. I have a very large covered and lighted patio which is an extension of the roof over the garage. Most of the homes in my neighborhood do not have a garage, so I know this is a plus.
The house has tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Both bathrooms are small, but have been completely refurbished in the last 5 years. The house is small, but has five bedrooms. This alone is perfect for a family just like mine. Lots of kids equals not a lot of money.
I just need to get up the energy to pack, and fix everything up, and most importantly, list it on a website such as and opportunities homes. I worry that the house does look lived in... I mean after all... seven children grew up in this home. If I can fix the whole at the end of the hall made from a sweftly kicked soccer ball. If I can fix the back of the garage that has been grossly underestimated as far as the distance from the front of your car when pulling in. If I can replace the door with the hole in it, from an over zealous son who thought he would be heroic and bust the door down.
I think it's a pretty great house!
This is a sponsored post however, all the points and views are my own.
