Legal Problems

I've recently had the need of a California process server.  You see... I handle the collections at my work.  There are always those few who make substantial purchases that they never should have made quite simply because they can not afford them.  Sadly we end up having to file a claim with the courts and very often need the help of a process server.

Our greatest problem is that those who do not have the ability to pay... have the uncanny ability to run and hide.  We have one customer that we have been trying to serve papers to for over two years.  This sounds ridiculous and it is... but our attorney just can not find the guy.  He has checked home, work, hang outs, and many other places, but this guy is no where.  We get so close and then he just slips away.If he spent half the time he spends on hiding... on working and making some money to pay his debts there would not be a problem.

But there is an art to serving someone papers and it's important to hire someone who knows how.  Process servers have smarter solutions.  They can file and serve legal process extremely fast and almost paperless.

It's all so involved.  It would be so much easier to just avoid having these legal problems.
